Ed Phillips and Leigh Phillips established Ed Phillips Plumbing in 2004. When the doors opened, they had one goal in mind: to establish a successful plumbing company that would offer the best all-around customer service.
Specializing in both commercial and residential service, their team of licensed professionals is available to tend to the plumbing needs of the Brazos Valley 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They repair and install water lines, toilets, faucets, garbage disposals, sewer lines, water heaters, and gas lines. Additionally, they are able to perform specialty work such as leak detection, line location, video inspection, hot water hydro-jetting, medical gas, and backflow installation and testing. Ed Phillips Plumbing takes pride in being a leader in boiler and commercial water heater service.
Ed Phillips Plumbing has recently added a trenchless pipe line service which includes lining and coating of all types of pipes. When choosing Ed Phillips Plumbing, you get a company with the right equipment to fit your specific need, and at the same time, provide maintenance and service repairs that are necessary.
Improving service is also a 24 hour, 7 days a week goal. They have 12 established employees, with each service team led by a licensed plumber holding either a journeyman and tradesman certification. Professionalism is abundant in the day-to-day responsibilities and work duties. Reinventing customer service has been redefined in the dedication, actions, and hard work of the employees.
Ed Phillips Plumbing has participated in many local groups and activities. Standing out in the community is at the forefront of this business. No one looks forward to calling a plumber, but when it is necessary, it is nice to know that regardless of what time you call, someone is there to provide the services needed to get your life back to normal. The company strongly believes in satisfied customers. They have built their business on a good, solid reputation. Referrals and repeat customers are the main goal.
“Traditionally you only hear back from a customer if they are discouraged or upset over an interaction with a company. It is a true honor to be recognized for dedication and hard work. We are greatly appreciative of the commitment our devoted employees put forth to make our company what it is. Our customers know when they call, their problem will be handled. Thank you Brazos Valley!”
